DIY: For Those 'Tears of Joy' - Updated with Pics!
So I have been searching high and low for cute but inexpensive packets of tissues for my guests that I know will be bawling their eyes out during the ceremony... Cheapest find? $.90 a piece when you buy them in a bulk of 10
No problem!!! I'm actually looking through all of my scrap book paper now and finding patterns to cut! mwahaha woman on a mission!

Re: DIY: For Those 'Tears of Joy'
Okay here is what I have got so far... Please ignore the unruly manicure and the fact that nothing is glued down yet.
I used scrap booking paper that was already pre-cut into a square. I used those awesome edged scissors to make the edges all jagged and such... the colors are similar to the colors in my wedding, well not really actually but who cares, these are for tissues after all :)
I found it a lot easier to fold the edges on a diagonal rather than straight up and down.
And also, if you are going to put those lines/boarders around the edges do not cut too much off!!! The size of the square that you buy is actually the perfect size so any smaller and they might not fit the tissues!!
I plan on finishing it off with a short poem on the front like: 'If weddings always make you cry here is something for you to dry your eyes' and our names and date... you know the stereotypical cheesy stuff that makes moms cry right off the bat mwahaha!
I also like: 'we thank our family and friends for gathering together to wish us a love that will last forever'
That and maybe a bow in the back or a pretty sticker (targee has these fantastic earth tone flowers that are 3D-like and would look semi expensive so yay!)
So once again ignore the terrible quality of the pictures since it is my camera phone but I hope it sparks some creativity in you gals.
