DIY getting done, Don't have much time agh

Original post by Celest

Hello Ladies,

I don't know if anyone is on now but I had to post, I am so excited to have some stuff done.

I have only 2 weeks left to the wedding & many grand plans of what I wanted to do but now do not have time to do, (darnit why does business & work get in the way of the fun stuff...lol)

So to make myself feel better I tried to finish up some of my designs.

So I completed my menu design.. yeah
(sorry for the cr@ppy pic it is late & I am now burnt)

My water bottles

My Programs
(don't mind the names are blurred out for privacy reasons so it may look funky)

& from last week

I just kind of feel bad because there is soo much else I want to do but I don't know what else I can pull off. Does anyone else feel like they have a list of things they wanted to DIY but time got away from them??

Thank you MsNewBeauty & Belongs2DanBuckley,

Actually I do some graphic work (with everything else I do) & had purchased they scroll design previously & they I ripped them apart & recolored them (I think they were more to it plus green ) So I tweaked it until it flowed more with my color scheme

Your DIY's are beautiful. They are the best DIY fans that I have seen thus far. Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials.

AWww thank you soo much. Now I have to figure out how many to print out & to cut out (the cutting out part is the pain)

But I am so happy they came out ok

You DIY's are beautiful! Especially the fan. Was it difficult to make? Did you buy the paper that shape and print on it?

I love your LOVE letters, very different from what I've seen and very pretty.

Aww thank you hon. Now I had to have it printed out on the paper & cut it out in that shape.

Hey I was just about to reply to your fm! I do not have a template right now, I messed with my original so much & I do not have the original with me. Let me see if I can take out my info from the one I have.

Responded back to you hon.
But if you didn't see it, the fans are put together by an eyelet. You can do it the old fashion way & get a mat & the eyelet & the eyelet hammer & bang it in (which is fun to bang but too much work) or get one of the eyelet tools which kind of just crunches it in for you real quick (recommended)

I am seriously impressed. IMHO, program fans are one of the hardest DIY's out there (that's why I'm not doing them!) You should be so proud!!!
