Hey Ladies, I know alot of you are DIY girls. Do you have a perforated paper cutter, if so where did you purchase it from and does it work??

I just got a fiskars rotary paper cutter the other day at ac moore. you can use a blade perforation with it but I have not purchased one of those yet.
eta: were you thinking of making your response card in the fanned invitation a tear-and-send? bc I was going to suggest that earlier when I saw your post and forgot.

I think they do, I didn't take note of which ones they had but I saw they had the correct replacement blades for all the cutters they carried.
