DIY: how do you know...

how much to make of any given thing? For example, I don't know how many tables I will end up with until I get a full head count, but I don't want to wait that long to start making everything. Is everyone just guessing?

Kinda guessing, but also knowing the range of how many can show and your table size is helpful. I am expecting 180-200 people, and we have rounds of 10 and rounds of 12 available.

When I met with my florist, we figured on 18 CP's which could fit 18 tables of 10 (180) or 18 tables of 12 (216). We should fall somewhere near those numbers, I think/hope!

I am guessing. We have 230 on the guest list as of right now. We are guest list but we are assuming we will end up with somewhere from 175 to 200. Our table numbers we are using a white frame so I figure even if I have a few extra at the end it is not a big deal.

For the most part I'm estimating. For things like programs though, I think most people do half or a little over half. If you think about it, a couple walking in, only the woman is gonna take a program in most cases.

Our minimum is 130 and i think were gonna juuusttt make that. So just to be safe i assume 140 for everything

Could you create the templates and then do the final printing when you know for sure your exact guest count?

I am doing alot of math lol.

I am doing everything at an average of 100 people (70% of my total list is about 90 so we have 100 for safety.)

there is a rule that 20% - 30% of your guest list wont show up.
