Ok guys, I think I am going to take the jump and do my own invites!! Gulp...I am pretty crafty and have always done all of my parties invites (incl e party) with kits and such. I am just very nervous about this one...I ordered the black and white damask kits and I am doing red satin ribbon with round sliders...Other than the rsvp cards which are included in the kit and match I am not sure what to do about the directions for the hall and the accomodations. I just dont want it to look thrown together...Any ideas??

i did a sample DIY invite in my album if u want to check it out..
for paper for the directions & accommodations cards, order samples from paperandmore.com. Their stuff is really nice and u can get full page samples for like 50 cents. Cardsandpockets.com is good too, but when i got samples, i only got this little square so its really only good to see the colors, not to print and make a mock-up
as far as what to write on each card, i browsed around on a lot of invite websites (especially 'hers') to get ideas for proper wording...also for direction cards, you can get one from your hall and just copy it
