Can you buy pocketfolds anywhere on Long Island? I'm thinking about trying to make my own invites, and I;d like to try this weekend to make a sample.
Does michael's or AC moore or any place like that sell them?

I know you can't buy the pocketfolds in Michael's or acmoore. Someone mentioned a store in the city called paperpresentation (www.paperpresentation.com) if your willing to take the trip!

Check out invitesbyyou.com. I think they sell the blank pocketfolds. As far as I know, you can't buy them in Michaels.

ac moore and michaels do not carry them. i got mine from mygatsby.com
they are GREAT. wonderful customer service, good prices. you can order a sample pack so that you can check out their colors.
if i would have ordered my pocketfolds already done, it would have cost be about $650. i only bought the pocketfold and envelopes, made the rest myself and i spent less than $200. just know that it's time consuming to make your own invite, but so worth it to have EXACTLY what you want.

Nothing on LI that I've heard of...I would recm'd taking a trip into NYC, and visiting PaperPresentation - they're located on 18th between 5th & 6th and have the best prices around with such a HUGE selection.

I have been on mygatsby a few times. How did you get the pscket folds so cheap? Are you doing the printing at home on the computer?

Kates Paperie on 57th in NYC. A little pricey, but you can get tons of ideas from there ready made invites and they have tons of paper styles to choose from.

i second kates...they are expensive, but they are what you are looking for. they sell them online too.

I would just order some samples from places on line and see which ones you like the best! A lot of websites have it where you can just buy the pocketfold.
