Do they really come out looking nice if you have an average printer or do you need a fancy printer? I saw some nice ones today at Wal Mart for VERY cheap - like $19 bucks for 50 of them. And Michaels had the really nice ones from BRIDES magazine on sale for $29 when they are usually $39...

Re: DIY INVITES???
I would do it but honestly, after doing DIY e party invites, I am never printing another big thing again. I know this one bride was selling her printer on the BHB section

Re: DIY INVITES???
Bought some invites from Michael's and love them...BUT I bought ones with a thin black border...and when printing, the black border kinda knicked / chipped a bit in places. I may go with a more natural invite next to try it. They have a great line through Bridea Magazine at Michael's.

Re: DIY INVITES???
I printed all my paper on laser.. with pocket fold, all inserts, ribbon, a buckle and estimated stamp cost for invitation and RSVP - it is costing me about $3 an invitation. I say go for it, if you have the time and patience

Re: DIY INVITES???
I was planning on doing it but when I realized I would have to feed each invite through I decided not to. If you have the patience go for it!
