I'm trying to jazz up the outside of a pocketfold invite I found with a monogram - in a diamond or circular shape. (It opens like a book and has a simple brown and blue ribbon on the bottom). I feel like it just needs a little something else.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to make a monogram, print it out etc, and where to get the supplies? I really want it to look professional and have a feeling I can do it, but really am not sure where to start. Any help would be really appreciated!
Thanks! Jenn

Re: DIY Invites Monogram
I did boxed invites and had FH make a custom monogram to seal them for a little personal touch. I think he used photoshop or fireworks to make it but I'm not sure. We printed them on nice ivory paper from Michaels and bought a little tool to punch them out in a circluar shape. We then used a spray adhesive to make them sticky and seal them on. Hope that helps, good luck!

Re: DIY Invites Monogram
very nice idea!! if you want to do paper use paper-papers.com. they are great and have soo many mettalics and linen papers really cheap. I like them a lot. I would just print them and use a paper cutter to get a strait edge. That's how im doing my favor tags.
