OK so FH & I finally picked out a date for our engagement party (great now we have to worry about planning that too lol)..... We want to save some $ by DIY'ing the invites......
That being said, what do you ladies suggest? What have you all done?
We went to A.C. Moore so far and saw some pretty invites but they looked too 'weddingy'... we want something a little more cute and fun, and less formal since it's going to be at a restaurant......
Any ideas? TIA!!! You're all such a great help!!!

Get supplies off cardsandpockets.com and design your own. Thats how Im doing our wedding invites.

well for my eparty i got these kimanderson invites ( i will find the link for you)...they were like a light pink with the pinkon the background and i just printed the invites from my computer.
i then ordered pink envelopes that matches got clear labels and printed the addresses myself. and they were super cute!
i (well me and my mom ... ok mostly my mom) just designed them on the computer then we bought cardstock paper at staples and printed them out ..

I'm not sure how fancy you want to get but vista print will print up invitations for you and they are reasonably priced. On top of that, you can always find a discount link or coupon code. Here is the link:
