DIY Loser!!??!

Hi,

First, I'm so jealous of you creative people. All of my DIY projects look like a toddler did them!!

My latest one is driving me crazy and I think it should be easy. Just wondering if anyone knows what website I can use to write text and add graphics to pics. Instead of traditional table numbers we are going to use cities we have been to (so there will be a Las Vegas table, Trinidad table, etc.) I just want to write the city on the picture, maybe add a little squiggly or something. I tried snapfish and shutterfly and can enhance the pic but not write. Any ideas?

Do you have any of the Adobe programs? I use illustrator or photoshop for that type of thing .

Thanks!! I tried powerpoint but the picture was too big for the slide. I'll try again later. I don't have adobe but maybe I can coerce a coworker to help out.

I have no patience for DYI project. Atleast you are attempting them. That is more than I can say for myself.

GIMP - it's a free photo editing program, it's like photoshop...

Aww I feel for you bc I will be in your shoes soon enough. I can't do crafts to save my life but it seems with my budget I will have to if I want the nice deatils that I do. Fortunately I am enlisting the help of my sister and BM's who are good with these things. When in doubt ask for help! I would also try youtube, a lot of times they have videos explaining step by step how to do things, its worked for me in the past.
