DIY Petal Cones

I plan to do this. I have done some google searches and found two ways. One involves getting a circle cutter (they're about 18 at michaels). The one I am going to do is to cut the paper 6x6 and roll it. I want to do it this way because I am going to get the paper from paperandmore.com. They will cut it for an extra 5 bucks. Basically you just roll them- and attach. I did a trial with double sided tape and it didn't stick well so I'm gonna try hot glue. Not sure if I am going to use cardstock or text weight paper.
