DIY Photo Cubes....

For those of you who made their own photo cubes...Where did you buy the frames and roughly how much did you pay??

I've been pricing around and have found that a nice frame is about $20-$30...just for one of the four edges!! YIKES! I love the photo cube idea, but i'm starting to think that maybe it would be cheaper to just rent??

you can get them for cheap at AC Moore ive seen them there....esp w. a 40% coupon!

this is what i did.

i live in nj, so i don't know if you have this particular store... i got my four picture frames at Family Dollar. they were only 2.99 each.

i got my lazy susan for the base at walmart... before i stoped shopping there for many reasons... for 9.99

i also got my hinges there... they were about 1.15, two packs needed

the top i made using foam from joann fabrics and the material i bought there too... i don't remember the cost.

i think i spent about 30.00 total.
