DIY pocketfolds..hmmm

I've got awhile but since i'm on summer vacation and not working (darn school budget) I'm going to try to get a lot of this wedding stuff done.. so i'm going to order some sample invitation mock ups.. and i like the metallic look so heeerrrreeesss the question!!!

if i do a metallic pocketfold, would it look like too much if i do a metallic card insert? or should the insert be white with same color ink as the pocketfold card itself?

i did brown metallic pocketfolds with metallic invitation mat. the inserts however were not metallic. i thought it might be overkill...but ive seen people do it and it looks very nice.
