It looks like it may just be silver cardstock. Go to Michael's or AC Moore and look for it. I diy'ed my eparty invites and I bought a scoring blade for my paper cutter and that's how I made my folds... this should be very easy for you to duplicate.

Also try paper and more. These online sites allow you to buy the paper in bulk vs. single pages. I bought my bronze metallic cardstock from this site and its great quality. They also allow you to buy just 1 sheet if you want to see a sample beforehand. Below is the link to the site already showing the silver cardstock.
