How much do the kits cost and how many does each kit make?

I think the Brides kits are about $30 at Michaels and make 40 programs. Definitely use those 40% off coupons though!!

Another DIY question. I think I just need paper for the programs. What type of paper should I use that can run through an inkjet printer?

i just bought the papaer from paperpresentation.com and im buying ribbon... less than $100... i havent bought ribbong yet tho.

I used the cardstock at Michael's for my STDs and they worked in my inkjet printer just fine. If I didn't like any of the kits, I'd probably just use their cardstock again.

i bought paper from anchorpaper.com (thanks to Just Cindy). It is stardream opal paper and for 150 sheets i paid $30.. i thought that was good. I will use regular white computer paper for the inserts.
