DIY projects!!! Need Ideas!?

So I have officially started my DIY projects!! I started cry packs today(ladies they are so easy and affordable) some places were charging tons for 100 packs. I made 200 for under $15!!

I want to make a sign for cocktail hour 'if you instagram...' With our hashtag. Just don't know how I would start this!!?

I'm also doing candle holders for the cocktail space... I want candles all throughout. I bought plain glass ones and I'm thinking of glamming them up by gluing some sparkle or pearls on the glass

What else is DIYable? I want to make more personal things to make our wedding more intimate since we are have over 200 people.

You could do the table space where your placecards will be, table numbers, menus, your card box :)

I stumbled upon a website yesterday: http://www.weddinghashtagwall.com/

You can put in your name/FH name/Wedding Date and they will give you SO many possibilities for hashtags. They then make a pdf file for you and you can print it out!

Do you have a lot of out of town guests? You can also put together hotel bags for them. I am going to get plain paper shopping bags and decorate the outside (I just don't know how yet!)

Cry packs are little tissues packets that say 'For your happy tears' or something cute like that. Definitely sweet.

That's a good idea!! I'm definitely going to make hospitality baskets for the bathrooms at my venue.

I'm making glitter acorns to use throughout our space. I'm also making glittered frames for the table numbers which will actually be names instead of numbers. I'm decorating the bathroom bc its super plain and not wedding-like

I'm making wax seals, programs, rehearsal dinner invitations, card box and a rhinestone cake stand. Instead of table numbers I'm printing table names. We have 16 tables and each table will be named after a country we have visited together. At the seating chart table, I will display a sign to inform our guest the meaning behind the table names.

You can use vellum or glassine envelopes... I bought mine for $2 on amazon for a pack of 100.

For the ribbon: go to Jo-Ann craft store they usually have coupons for 25-50% off. Just choose whatever color is part of your theme.

And the printable sticky labels from staples.

I haven't finished mine but I should be finishing them this week. I'll post a pic when I'm done. Here's a picture of an example:

I made my own card box and I just made some signs to put on the entrance table for our different guest book options. I may make a few others depending how ambitious I feel.
