DIY Rhinestone Table Number Frame

Hey ladies! I am going to try and make rhinestone table numbers like the one in the picture below. Anyone know where I can get a plain aluminum frame and the rhinestone ribbon? (for a cheap price) Also, does anyone know what I should use to glue the rhinestone ribbon on the frame? Thank you so much!

try the dollar tree for frames & michaels or amazon/ ebay for the rhinestones.

Dollar Tree or Family dollar for the Frames. Save-on-Crafts has the cheapest price I've seen for the bling ribbon

I recommend hot glue gun, but don't over load it because you don't want it to seep through the front.

I made the exact frames for my wedding. I purchased the frames from dollar tree and the rhinestone wrap from amazon. Amazon was cheaper then any other vendor for the rhinestone wrap.

I purchased 2 30 feet rolls for $30 including tax & shipping. That was the cheapest I found. You probably won't need 2 rolls because I didn't. I used the wrap for all my frames and my card box and I still had some left over.

I bought 5x7 frames from Deals and they were $1 each. The rhinestone wrap, I purchased from amazon for really cheap. Less than $15 bucks I believe. I will be using the e6000 glue which you can purchase at a place like Michaels.
