DIY STDs

So, FH and I are doing our STDs on either snapfish, ofoto or shutterfly. We were all set to order, but then we got a xmas card from one of his friends from Shutterfly and it was on picture paper, rather than a card t ype paper -- not sure if i'm loving that.

Does anyone know the quality of cards from Ofoto or Snapfish OR does anyone else have any ideas for DIY photo STDs?
