DIY tips to keep costs down...

I know I want to know your tips and tricks. Please post!

One awesome saver I found- you know those mirrors for under your centerpieces? They look great with candles or water because of the reflecting light. I had to make 20 cp's and a 12 x 12 inch square mirror is like 6.99 at hobby lobby or michaels. at our walmart they had 12x12 inch mounting mirrors (for walls) 6 packs for 9.99. it saved me about 100 bucks. It's doesn't sound like much, but when you're DIY and trying to pay for everything on my tight budget it totally helped.

You just gave a perfect example that you have already done!!!!! I've found that its being crafty with things you find or finding alternatives to the norm. You are well on your way to being a great DIY bride.

My tip, use the sale coupons that Michaels and AC Moore run every week. I am at each store almost every weekend for random items. Also check the dollar stores!
