DIY warning

To all the girls that think it may be cheaper to make your own envelope box instead of getting it for for the modern bride or someone like ... its not . every time i go to Michaels i spend like $20- $30 and i got a lot of stuff for free. like the boxes and fabric from my company. Just a warning!

I'm not even going to attempt it, I know that I am gonna just end up throwing the thing across the room out of fustration! Im gonna take the lazy way and order one!

I bought mine from a '10er who was selling hers after her wedding. It really ends up costing just as much to buy all the supplies, esp if you are not sure about exactly what you want! I LOVE mine!!

Michaels and AC moore has coupons you can use. My MOH used those coupons to buy supplies for my card box. She also used fabric from her dress to cover the box.

I knew it would end up costing me more.. Every DIY project I attempt costs me more lol I ordered mine from FTMB

I can totally see that! I know that I would end up spending and stressing more by doing it myself!

i convinced dh to let me diy our invitations bc they would cost us less.... yeaaaa well they were a pita to make and prob cost us more than just buying something but i absolutely loved them in the end and it was worth it!

My mom just made a money bag for us. she used the extra material that was altered off my dress and bought a little extra fabric. It matched my dress perfectly!
