They look wonderful! I was going to order ones just like this off etsy for $5 each. How do you make these?

I originally bought the glasses at the dollar store but then my mom used a few for my shower and the dollar store didnt have ne more so i got them at michaels. I bought vellum paper at staples and the ribbon at ac moore. printed them out on the vellum and put them and the ribbon on the glass with double sided tape. they were actually pretty easy! HTH
