DIYers for Invites

What program are you using to DIY?

Photoshop?

Are you bringing your invites to a professional printer after you design them?

A friend is designing mine. I believe he's using photoshop.

Yes, I'm having them cut and printed at cardsandpockets, along with all 3 inserts. For 170 invites & 3 inserts, I was quoted around $200. Pretty fair, considering it's 680 pieces of paper total and I don't have to worry about ink, paper, or cutting them to the right size.

Thats great! That is exactly the tip I was looking for. Thanks so much!

I'm using a free template off of weddingchicks.com. The invites I might upload to Vistaprint and have them done through there. The other paper goods (STDs, placecards) come with multiple pieces per page, so I might print them at Kinkos, and they'll cut them for me as well.

The only pieces that aren't part of the free stuff that I want (because I'm OCD and want all my paper things to match) are programs and table numbers, and I'll probably do them on Photoshop and send them to Kinkos as well.
