Damn glue guns!! I birned my right thumb, and I already have a blister. ANy other DIY injuries out there?

well, while organizing all the before and after parties, I drove around soooo much that I actually got a heel spur
I limped through my wedding and HM, and am only getting better NOW

I burnt each & every finger on the hot glue gun & I got a blister on my left hand. Those things are just brutal

awww - I'm sorry!
If its any consolation, I was spot cleaning bedroom carpet tonight and managed to stab myself with a hidden safety pin and bleed all over said carpet. Good thing i have a tetanus!

i was making a babyshower basket 3 weeks ago and burned myself with the glue gun i paniced and rubber th glue off taking all the skin off of my left ring finger! i used band-aid brand blister bandaids that we made to fit finger specifically, and some burn cream and it totally healed in like 4 days.

Don't have a burn...but I sure do have a stiff neck! I have been working on my menus for about 20 hours combined and they are only half way done! Why do we do this to ourselves!

I don't know what is worse when I use a glue gun....the burns I get, or the fact that I end up with a glue web all around me!

Im not laughing at you. It s@cks getting burned by a glue gun.....I've done that before. My other injury was a staple in my boobie. Yes, you read that right.....That happened when I was making my card box. I was holding the cardbox so that I can staple something and I was holding the flippen staple gun the wrong way. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUCH boy did I see stars
