I am at work right now and been feeling really dizzy for about a half hour. I'm 31 weeks. Is it normal? Anyone else having dizzy spells?

funny you should mention that, Ive been dizzy all morning too. I think it partial has to do with my sinuses and I have heard that it is normal to feel dizzy during pregnancy.

Yes I have them. I was having them in the mornings when I first got out of bed.
Then on Sunday I was dizzy for about an hour. And one other time at work last week for about 1/2 hour.
I'm 21 weeks and from what I've read, it's very common during pregnancy.

I had a really really really bad episode of them around 20 weeks. Now not that much. But if I have done too much and not drank enough water I can get very light headed.
Take it easy Alli. Put your feet up if you can.
Also how has your blood pressure been??? That also can contribute to it. If you have any problems with your blood pressure please call your dr.

Thank you so much ladies!!! It was very scary, I was dizzy for over an hour and a half... I called my doctor, they told me to come in b/c they wanted to check my blood pressure and take a urine sample. My dr.s office is thankfully right around the block from work. Both came back normal. She said that it could have been a number of things, there is a virus going around, I could have been dehydrated, or hyperglycemic (Sp?) She said to let them know if it happens again. But anyway I feel a lot better and I am happy I went to see the doctor to confirm everything was ok. Thanks again!!!

I am glad that you went to the dr!!!! I am so happy to hear everything is ok! Just remember to take it easy, eat small meals often and drink your water.
