I'm having trouble chosing a DJ. In my opinion this is one of the most critical decisions, because if your DJ is bad it can ruin your party. I'm looking for someone who plays a good mix that keeps everyone on the dance floor. I met with Body Rock and Tommys Tunes...any one have any feedback? Also, does anyone else have any other good recommendations?

We're using DanceJock, and Scott, the owner, is our MC.
We also met with Starlight Express, MME & Feel the Vibe and went with DanceJock.

I've attended 2 weddings where body rock was the DJ and they were great....my sister has attended more weddings then me with them and loves them. My friend is having tommy's tunes (she used to work at a hall that used them) and says they're great. We went with high energy. Good price, Ralph is really down to earth, and FH attended a wedding with them and said they were great

I'm using Bravo- they are in the same price range as Body Rock. My MOH 2 brothers used them and they were great. Any good DJ should change the mix to keep people on the floor tho. FH and I also liked having a Queens vendor. We also wanted a good American, Indian and Hispanic mix for our families and friends- Bravo are pros at ethnic mixing! Body Rock has good reviews but we clicked better with Bravo. Good luck!!
