jfdskljfkljsdf This is the hardest part!!!!!

It's the most important part. Music is LIFE to FH and me. How do we know if the DJ is going to be good? How do you know from just talking to them at appts?? Do we go by the best price? Do we go based on reviews? I don't knowwwww.

One friend of ours said the dj we are looking at tonight was awful at her brother's wedding. Do we cross it off because of this? I'm never gonna get a DJ. Can FH just DJ our party?

This is my first semi stress.

i would go partly by reviews but i would also check out when djs have their showcases so you can try to see them in action

After Hours showed us various Youtube clips. They have SOOOO MANY!!! It was mainly just the MC (but I guess that's important!).

I just dont know how those clips will show us if they will really play our must lists and get the crowd going.

I would always go to the wedding showcases at my RH and see the different DJs that were going to be there that night, because there was a different DJ each time. Also, you could check out different DJ websites because sometimes they list on there that they'll be performing at an upcoming showcase at a RH, or you could def call them and ask.

My DJ/ Emcee is from Dreamworks Entertainment. I found him from the bridal showcase in Leonard's. It's best to decide w/c dj to choose when you're able to compare performances on the spot (not just video clips, etc.)..as you can feel if the style is really for you. As in my case, they showed how good it looked when everything's combined ---lightings, music, dvd montage, and of course... an enthusiastic & funny DJ!

I would ask them to show you wedding videos that they have done thus far. Definitely check out their showcase.

fh found ours on liws vendor section
they had a demo on the site. we liked what we saw then went to see them at a showcase.

plus the wedding we went to two weeks ago used them as well and they were sick!!!

I am obsessed with my dj - LI Sound. I've seen them in action and at showcases and I am blown away every time! Also, their presentation when you go to meet with them is very impressive. I had them DJ my EParty and had a great experience that night. We've also changed some things around on our contract and have been very accommodating.
