Can anyone recommend a great DJ and MC who can get people going. Someone with a personality. I'm also having a young crowd so he has to be fun. Please help.

I'm using LI Sound, I would recommend them only because they're a friend of FH and we got a great deal. He's located in Patchogue. He seems VERY outgoing and I know he'll get the crowd on their feet.

I thought Bravura's video was great, so I booked them right there!

Dancejock - ask for Scott - he's in Deer Park. Don't use a house DJ - they have to pay a 15-20% commission to the caterer and therefore charge you more than they would if they were not a house vendor.

We used DJs Unlimited (www.djsunlimited). David was our MC and did a great job of getting everyone up and dancing. We gave him play list which he was cool with. He'll play whatever you want.
