Dj and MC

HELP

I am at the final point I am researching the DJ and I have gotton various quotes anywhere form $1300- $2500. Is tht about right that includes dj, mc and light show... for 5 hrs... Please if you could write some feedback I would appreciate it... thanks... and also how important is the dj does the dj make the wedding or the guests?????\

I booked with Let Us Entertain You and for $1400 I get 5 hours of music (reception only, did not need him for cocktail hour), DJ, MC, light show, giveaways, bubble machine and costumes for my guests to wear during the playing of certain songs.

To us the DJ was one of the most important vendors because my family loves to dance and I needed to have a DJ that will keep them on the dance floor and play we want.

we booked/used perfect parties. I think DJ makes the wedding to keep people up and dancin-having a grand ol time!

definately check out high voltage... 5 hours of dj & mc are 1050.. and he brings two lights with him, but you can also get more...

We used High Voltage Sounds. We were going to book with an MC, but I really felt that it wasnt needed. I am glad I didnt, Vinny did an awesome job getting everyone to dance all night long! And his voice sounded great over the mic! The give aways and ligh show were great! My guests really enjoyed themselves!

We paid Waaaaay less than what you were quoted! He does have an MC available, if that is what you prefer! I am sure those prices are even better! Feel free to FM me for more info!
