dj and photographer
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew a great dj that plays alot of dance music. My wedding consists of more young people, and I want to make sure everyone is up dancing. Someone mentioned to me BodyRock djs, anyone heard of them? Also I`m looking for a photographer that has both traditional and photojournalism style. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks
Kristi

I used Gray Studio (Floral Park)for my photographer, they were excellent. I used Spin Around Sound (Garden City)for my DJ, he was terrific, there was not a person who didn't dance.

I am using John Pagona who owns VIP. www.vipstuli.com You will get 2 photographers...one for more formal and one for photojournalism/candids. Hes very affordable as well and for dj another vote for www.spinaroundsound.com I really liked Tom - very personalable and if you do a search on this board...there is not a bad word said about him.

I am using Ed Collins as my photographer. Check his work out at www.edcollinsphoto.com He used to be a photojournalist in the Army and now owns his own studio. He takes great candid shots as well as posed pictures. As for the DJ. We are looking into 2 DJ's right now. 1) Big Hits Entertainment www.1800bighits.com 2) Invitation to Dance www.invitationtodance.com They both seem pretty good. We just have to make our final decision in the next couple of days. Happy Planning! Vickfl77

In The Mix DJ's has every type of music you could possibly want. I have been to a couple of different weddings where they were the entertainment, and everyone even the people who do not normally dance were up there. They also do many different things I had never seen before. Their phone # is 1-888-THE-MIXX. Good luck!Welcome New Vendors
