Hello! We just booked our venue on Saturday so with that the real planning begins! I have been looking at DJS and photographers but so many do not list their prices on their websites and ask for you to come in to talk with them. I want to know what prices have you paid for your musical entertainment and photographers?
What are you looking for from DJ and photo? Price will vary drastically depending on anything extra you may want!
Well DJ we just want a great experience it doesnt have to be overly flashy. Photography seems to be the hardest though to pin down a price and what exactly you get for that price
Dj we found between 1700 and 2600 for dj and mc and live percussionist. Photo really varies based on what you want included in your package (albums, how many photographers, video, etc). For DJ we hooked with Barattini and photography we booked lighthouse. I sent you fm for both :)
I'm totally shocked you booked Barattini for that range - I was quoted over $4200!! Without any instrumentalists also. I ended up going with Beyond the Mix because he was most willing to work with us, and he came in most reasonable as well.

anybody ever hAve any experience with ********, exo or gray studios? Those are the recommended vendors from my venue?
Apparently it doesn't allow me to write out f.i.n.e. Art Studio- it blocked it out with stars?? Hmmm
Something must've happened between them and LI weddings. I met with them, their work was beautiful but they were out of our price range. The guy we met with was really nice too and they seem to give you a lot, we just couldn't spend that much.
I booked with Exo for photography- i had seen their work since they are also recommended through the venue and I wanted someone who was familiar with the space.. I loved their pictures and the quality of their albums.. I didn't go with them for video since i fell in love with another vendor- but they also offer that service as well.
