DJ Dilemma: Sound Explosion or Classie Sounds
Hello everyone!
My fiance and I are currently deciding on which DJ to choose. My sister is a dancer for Sound Explosion. We met with them last night and can definitely get a good deal. However we had them for our engagement party and I have a few reservations. I wasn't that thrilled with them. I felt some of my specific requests were never played and it just could have been better. But, I do know them well and feel it will have a nice personal touch. I have heard good things about them and the price is definitely right. They are based out of Staten Island, where I am from, but just thought I'd throw it out there in case anyone else has ever heard of them and had any opinions.
Our next choice is Classie Sounds. I was babysitting the flower girl and ring bearers of a wedding they were playing at and loved how they sounded. So, we also met with them last night. They were definitely pricier because we wouldn't be getting a deal here but I have heard such great things about them. We really don't know which to choose at this point. Any advice/opinions of your own experiences with either?
We also looked at Starlight Express but didn't have as great of a meeting with them and they were the most expensive.
