DJ Forms

So i made my final apt with the DJ for next Tuesday!! so excited...

There is a bunch of papers I need to fill out.

Quick question when list everyones name to be introduced...is it just their frist name, or first and last name...im thinking ive never heard them introduce a bridal party at any wedding ive ever been to with a last name too...
just wanna be sure!

for parents i have seen both..like mr and mrs bob smith

for the bp its just first names

Grandparents - First names, Mr. &/or Mrs, or Nana Pop Pop (whatever u call them)

Parents - Mr. &/or Mrs. (unless they are divorced)

FG/RB/Bridal Party - first names.
