DJ giveaways

For those of you who already booked your DJ are you paying extra for the giveaways or can you get them and give it to the DJ/MC the day of?

Just curious, I'm not decided if I want to do giveaways or not

What do you mean by DJ giveaways?? Is this when they pass out like necklaces and stuff like that? If so then no I am totally not doing that because to me it is very childish.

Yeah I really don't like all those things either. I was thinking maybe something just for the kids but probably won't.

I think it would have cost extra, but I am not getting them. Don't like them. To be honest, I have seen some video demos that DJ companies put out and they had giveaways.....

IMO.....It turned a beautiful and elegant event to something kind of hokey.

They would be a bit extra for us, but we are not getting them. ITA with the others that posted...I think they aren't quite elegant enough for a wedding.

Personally, I think those things are ugly. I went to a showcase the other day and we received sunglass, hats, and rattles. My thought they were so ugly, she actually threw the sunglasses underneath the car.

i dont want them at all. If the company offers them I will ask what else they can throw in instead. I feel its so eh to have those at a wedding. I know back in the day it was popular but nope dont want it.
