DJ has been decided!

So we haven't officially booked yet but we are 100% going with LI Sound.

I have had numerous discussions with the girls who have used them and their experiences and I have not heard one bad thing about them.

I especially love one girl's experience that the MC she was booked with came down with larengitis and he still came to the wedding with a backup and said he was more than willing to do the wedding but we have a backup if you prefer. i thought that was very awesome of them to at least give the bride the option! And she said that she went with the backup and he was amazing!

So FH and I are going to pick a date to go meet with them and book (hopefully soon!)

that's what I WANTED to do but FH (and I gotta say I kinda agree with him) thinks that to drive an hour into LI on a weekday with that rush hour traffic is insane! Even if I left work early we'd still probably not get there on time.

So I'm just going to make an appt. one weekend for us to go their, meet with, see their setup and book.

Question though - because if this is the case I might be able to convince him to go to the showcase.... do they give you a discount when you book at a showcase???

Mostly they do, but if they are preferred vendor of Riviera, you'll be getting the discount anyway. That's the way it worked with Body Rock and JT anyway.
