DJ Help! - Repeat of BHB Board

Hi ladies, my FH & I are starting to make appointments with DJ's/Entertainment companies this week and I'd love to hear about who you used and if you liked them. If for whatever reason you had a bad experience w/a dj/ent co please FM me who, what & why so I steer clear of them too, lol. I know you can get in trouble on here if you don't give a good review of a company so fm-ing me the bad reviews might best. I'd really love to know any info that you think might be helpful. I think we want just a dj (prob not an mc too) for the reception w/1-2 plasma screens and a lighting set up. Nothing too crazy. Personality and talent of mixing is huge to us though. Thanks ladies!!!

I have booked FM Entertainment. My sister used them as well for her March 2008 wedding. They are very friendly and professional.

We're using FM. We used them for our eparty and they were great!

I also booked FM Entertainment!
I met with 3 different ones...
EJ the DJ
Body Rock
FM Entertainment

EJ - was REDICULOUSLY Expensive
Body Rock - there were some red flags that I couldnt ignore.. most notably she shot me down when i mentioned certain types of music.. pretty much said we will play what we want to play (uh nope I will just not book you)
and FM - the MOST willing to work with you. Had GREAT prices and packages!

kerri i dont know who uhad at body rock..our guy was great!!!!! he told me to give him alist of what and what not to play..glad i didnt get her
