Just wondering if anyone booked a dj with one live instrument with it like drums?? If so, with what company about how much did it cost??

Re: DJ/ Instrument
I'm with Vinny at High Voltage Sounds- he uses Howie Bongo who is about $600 I think. Howie's booked for my date! I cannot even tell you how bummed I am! He does have another guy he uses but Howie just blew me away!!
Lots of other companies do this...can't think of any off the top of my head but it's pretty common.

Re: DJ/ Instrument
Long Island Sound uses Howie Bongo as well. He is AMAZING! I booked him for my wedding. Since FH & I couldn’t afford a bad we went with the DJ & percussionist.

Re: DJ/ Instrument
We booked a percussionist with our MC & DJ. If I remember correctly it was either $500 or 700, but we ended up getting a whole package so we were able to work on the pricing.
