DJ & Photographer appointments tomorrow!!

So, now that my daughter's cheerleading season is over, I can FINALLY have my life back and start some wedding planning! We have appointments to meet with a photographer and DJ tomorrow.

Does anyone have any suggestions for things I should ask during these appointments? These are our very first vendor appointments! I don't want to miss anything!

I had a list of questions for our DJ. FH thought I was crazy, lol but I am very organized when it comes to things like this. Basically I wrote down things that were important to me to know they would be taken care of. I wanted to do an anniversary song, I wanted a photo booth through the DJ, lighting was important to me, what hours they would actually be servicing me (I'm doing viennese hour so I'd rather have them for that over cocktail hour, etc). I asked about music levels because one complaint I've heard is that people can't hear themselves at a wedding because the music is overpowering.

With photography I just went with the flow, and I think I had everything covered by my photographer when we had a consultation.

I'd say write down anything that you want to make sure you have guaranteed on your day, this way you can make sure its in the contract when its time to sign. =)

I asked photographer
how many hours I get? My package only came with 8hrs so I asked how much each extra hour was.
I only got 1 photographer I asked how much an extra man was.
I only get a low res cd I asked how much high res cd was.
If u don't want anything that comes in your package like I dint want 50 thank you cards I asked what they can do for me in exchange, or if u need more how much are more of those.
in my package I don't get to pick my album cover of course we liked another one for an upgrade do I asked how much that was.

I basically asked how much extra were if everything and how much upgrades from what my package gives me cost.

aww your such a sweet heart thanks so much!! I haven't met with mydj yet so no advice there. I would imagine similar questions. how much are upgrades from what your package includes.
