Hi, after meeting with couple DJ and I am about to book Spin the Sound. I just want to check with you girls and see if the price is reasonable.
They quoted us for $2K for 3.5 hrs reception only. The package includes one MC, one DJ and deluxe light show (8 intelligent light). The oringinal package is for 5 hrs with 2 intelligent lighting. Our wedding is on Friday. Do you think I can get the price a bit lower?

I did intereviewed with other DJ. I think the price is a bit lower but they are not the style that we like. we want someone who is relatively low key and classy.

Try to negotiate for more time. If your reception is going to be 4 hours then you will be charged overtime if you go over that.

That seems kind of high. I have my DJ for 6 hours everything that you included for 1300. (either plus or minus $100 can't remember off the top of my head!) I say negotiate or shop around. I am using High Energy Entertainment by the way.

That sounds very high, while I did not have the light show for ceremony, and reception for my DJ I paid $900

That is seems REALLY high to me. I am only pay 1000 and I am getting DJ, MC, 4 hr reception plus CH, upgraded lighting system. Check out FM entertainment.

i think it may be a bit on the higher end....my first dj quoted us $2000 for ch, 4 hr reception, light show 2 djs and an mc.....try to see if they can work something out.

Def. way to high i was offered from one place 12 lights a photo montage with a acreen (obv.), a dj and emcee ... they take about 150 pics. and give all of them to you and a cd with your top 10 songs for 5 hours (cocktail plus rec.) for 1500!!!!
