DJ pricing

How much is eveyone spending on there dj. I dont really have a budget for that i am not sure how much it is going to be. And does any one know of a really cheap DJ , a friend of mine needs one for a big birthday she is throwing for her mom on like a saturday or sunday lunch

I got a really great deal with Just For The Record...they are in Suffolk County...Im paying 1795 for 6 hours....and all the lights and stuff like that.

You can get a DJ/MC deal for about $1000 easily. If you just want one person, you can probably get that for as low as $700.

For our entire wedding day, ceremony, CH, and reception, we paid under $1400 for a two-man team. We used Variety Music DJ and they were great. If you're looking for fewer hours, it would cost even less.

our budget for DJ was at set $3000 but I think we are only going to be spending around $2300 - booking next Tuesday - I will let you know the final price and what we are getting

wow 2300.00 is a great price, what are you getting for that? our budget was 3000.00 but i would love to save where i can.

piano player for CH
two plasmas zap shots video montage
color kinetics with fabric for stand for the plasmas
intellignet lighting with 10ft truss
they do have a bigger light package but we didnt get because the dj area in our venu is small
four color kinetics/up-lighting

All i need really is DJ and MC , Possibly some lighting. My photographer gave me a good price on my screens. and they are taking the pics to put on the screens and they are also taking the pics from throughout the day to put on the screens
