What would be a reasonable budget for DJ/MC? I am completely in the dark about this one. I'm looking for 4-5 music and lighting.
If not completely out of budget also looking for the Zap pics/photo montage and maybe live entertainment for dinner.

I have a DJ/MC, 5 hours of music, lighting and photo montage for under $2000 from Tommy's Tunes. So I would say a $2000 budget is reasonable. If you want live entertainment, you'd have to up that.

ITA. About $2k. We paid about $1400 for DJ/MC, 5 hours of music, lighting, and monogram gobo.

I have a dj & mc, computerized uplighting, 2 strings for the ceremony, and a dj for the cocktail hour for under $3000.

I also have 2 tresses that changes colors, but I won that at the Fox Hollow showcase (like a $600 value)

Hmmm I'd allow yourself around $2500 for all of that. We're getting everything you listed plus a little bit more and we are just under $3000.
