So I am now on to checking out DJs. I went to meet with my first DJ today. I think the quote is a bit high but then again I though I would ask you guys cause I have nothing to compare it to.
This is a quote for DJ/MC basic lights (not intelligent lights). They play the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception for $1800. Is this high?

I have received quotes from like 3 or 4 DJ's and they were all lower. Check out High energy Entertainment, FM, High Voltage and In the Mix. All are about $1200 and less. Fm me if you have any questions.

Is the MC handing out any fun stuff to your guests? I also had a photo montage but i spent about 2600.......It was totally worth it. i used In The Mix located in Mineola. It all depends on what you want....Good luck
