So far I've met with Long Island Sound & Absolute Entertainment... any other DJ's that people think I should meet with before making decision? please let me know your dj raves!

Absolutly meet with Vinny from High Voltage. Hes highly recommended from LIW...and hes great. Very down to earth, not salesy..check him out.
they did a phenomenal job and i am likely the MOST happy with this vendor than any other.

I used Vinny and I LOVED him! If I had to do it all over again, I would pick him in a heartbeat. He had everyone danicing all night long. And I can honestly say that he made my wedding incredible. He is such a great guy. I still keep in touch with him.

I find this decision so difficult unless I've been to a wedding that they've deejayed.
I've only met one- Frank at FM Entertainment and he seemed great!!! Not sure if I need to shop around...I just want someone who can really keep a party going! And can handle our tastes in music (lots of rock n roll- which isn't always so dancey!)
And by the way, FM is crazy affordable! I might meet with High Voltage to see what the buzz is about though....

I booked Starlight Express and have heard really great reviews about them. The owner is so nice and friendly and will work with you.

I've heard really good things about Vinny from High Voltage. I know the Starlight Express does a fabulous job, and we went with After Hours. Phil was just superb!

We booked Energy thanks to Cheryl's recc...they seem really great, and FH is very happy (the dj was his 'thing').

Ditto, Frank at FM Entertainment is awesome and really reasonable prices
