Does anyone know of any upcoming showcases? I've seen three DJ's and am not impressed overall - for one reason or another.

I just want to say that as for if your friend telling everyone not to be pregnant during her wedding, I would try to keep that out of my feelings about her possible pregnancy. It sounds like a selfish comment on her part at the time and now that she is hoping to be in that state herself, I'm sure if she thought about it now, she'd be embarrassed. I know with my wedding, I try to find the balance between thinking the world should revolve around my day and laughing at myself when I realize what I am doing. It's OK to have the feelings of 'she did this and now she expects this' - I think we all have them from time-to-time. I try to work through them so I don't come across as a bridezilla or be unfair to people I love. If it helps to vent here, definitely do. This board has helped me gain perspective many times. Hang in there on the wedding planning roller coaster ride. :o)
We collect teddy bears, so we're using a bride and groom teddy that I found, but my florist suggested that they make a floral arch to go over the top. I loved that suggestions to personalize it and tie it in with our flowers.
