Our DJ sent us a form to fill out to specify special dance songs, introductions, must play songs and do not play songs. They included a list of song suggestions for the first dance and parents dances.

I don't think we HAVE to meet with them, but they would if we request it. Do whatever you are most comfortable with. If you have the time & prefer to sit down with them face to face - then do it.

Our Dj did the same thing as Christine, I sent it off to him today as a matter of fact

same as shamma & christine. they sent me a form to fill out. only i have time yet, but I add to it all the time with all the help from the ladies on this board.

My DJ gave me a form and suggested that I drop the form off in person and meet with them to go over things. I feel much more comfortable doing it this way.
