I am trying to book a DJ soon so that is one less thing to worry about . Anyone hear good things about Body Rock Star light express or tommy tones . Any input would really help We are looking for a good Dj that is not in the guest face and at decent price. Thanks girls it means alot and alot less stress

You can try High Voltage as well. All the Djs you mentioned I heard a pretty good.

We booked High Voltage. Vinny was great when we met with him, and thus far he has dealt really well with my crazy phone calls. He is also the only vendor we booked without shopping around. Sometimes you just click right off the bat with someone and go for it!

Ive met with BodyRock and Ive heard really good things about them, they will be as in or out of the guests faces as you want...I think we are going to try to meet with HighVoltage Sounds too, just because I hear so many good things about them here. Good luck!!

I didn't book any of those mentioned,but someone I work with booked body rock and their wedding was about a yr ago....and they just rave about them!!!!

Another vote for High Voltage! Vinny is the best. He was the only DJ that didn't tell us our wedding would suck if we didn't do it their way. We booked him on the spot.

We booked Body Rock (although I've heard all good about the others you mentioned). My cousin, KL805, just got married and she had Body Rock - FH and I booked a week after her wedding. The dance floor was packed, there was minimal MC interaction (which was a plus for us) and their prices reasonable. My bro also used 3 years ago...same experience.

Definitely check out DanceJock. I went to 7 DJ's including the ones you named and in the end we thought DanceJock gave you more for the money.

We're using Tommy Tunes....they came highly recommended by a co-worker, and they were the best we've ever seen at a showcase. Even my FH got up and did the electric slide in front of like 250 strangers (and the YMCA in a cowboy hat that wouldn't have fit his 2 yr old nephew was the funniest thing I have ever seen!! )
