Is anyone having their DJ project a slideshow of pics of you and FH and also pics from the reception throughout it? This is an 'extra' I have been wanting and I just decided that I think we can afford it. I want to call my DJ right now. What does everyone think of this option? My friend had it at her wedding this summer and I loved it.

it's a montage and the photos taking during the wedding would be snap shots.
If you want to save $ i'd find a friend who is good with a comp and have them make it. I'm not a comp person but FH did one as a vday give for me 2 years ago, and he put it to music.
That's something that i wouldn't pay a company to do. What type of screens are u having? projector, plasmas?

I just called my DJ, and I am afraid now that it may not happen! He has to call the guy he normally has do this and see if he is available that day. He said it would require a projector and we would need enough room at the RH. If we did it ourselves, I just don't know how we could display anything at the wedding. I like the idea of people seeing pics of themselves up there throughout the night as well.

with my dj i have to choose the package where it has 2 plasma screens and it includes snapshots from the reception and a live simulcast
