We didn't get a DJ, we got a band. BUT, I have a friend who booked with BodyRock and another who used them last year.
I was planning to look at LI Sound and Dreamworks Entertainment when we thought we were going with a dj.

We booked with High Voltage. Vinny is AWESOME, but his lighting packages are limited.
EDIT: What I meant was Vinny didn't show us too many lighting options. However, FH and I weren't that into lighting (we were unsure if we were even going to do basic lighting), so that may be why he didn't show them to us. The price is definitely right, and we could not be happier with our choice, so if you are looking for awesome reception music, Vinny is the way to go!
We were lucky enough to get CH music through our RH.
Have you checked out LI SOund? I didn't love their dj packages (just not my style), but I know that they had lots of a la cart lighting options.

CH - check out stan weist, heard great things
DJ for Reception - FM entertainment, Body Rock, LI Sound and Bravura are all very popular ones
Lighting - if you dont use the dj for it, look into Get in Tune, he's a dj too but also has a lighting company.
I didn't book a dj, I went with a band, if I went with a DJ it would have been a tough choice between Body Rock and Bravura

we went to a showcase last month. i liked them. not sure how fh felt about them. then again it was our 1st dj showcase and fh had no idea it would be that interactive.lol
