DJ w/Vocalist

did anyone add a vocalist to their DJ package?
I really like the vocalist at this one company, but I'm not sure how much a vocalist adds so if anyone could give me some input I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

If so we added one because I feel that every wedding I've been too where there is someone on the floor helping the party keep dancing is always a good plus. I think they set a good mood.

No, not an MC - and actual singer.
But an MC is definitly key to keep the party going.
