I ordered my dress today yaaaaaaaaaa. o.k I know I started a chat asking about bands but unfortunately I don't think a band will work in our budget. So now I need to know about dj's. Does anyone have any suggestions please. Thanks.

I totally agree w/ Smolokoff. We are using Vinny from High Voltage and I could not be happier.

I recommend by DJ to everyone - Glenn Passerelli, WJGP Sound, Port Jeff- he was so amazing! Glenn DJ'd my friend's wedding 4 years ago and I never forgot him - so nice, so low-key and played everything I wanted! I really wanted a band, DH wanted a DJ so I compromised - and I am glad I did! He was amazing! He never stopped playing, played a good mix of slow, dance music, oldies, etc! No flashing lights, no props - a class act from start to finish - he had people asking for his business card all night- very resonably priced - good luck!

Our DJ is the owner of his company, so no tip needed....he's super nice, not obtrusive, very knowledgeable with music, and very reasonably priced....tanbride used him, and peabody is using him on my referral!! I got him from my best friend who used him 6 years ago! Let me know if you want his info!
