djs

my FH and I are pretty particular about what type of music we want at our wedding. If I could I would make some great play lists on my iPod :) but since that probably wouldn’t be received well ;)...I need to find a DJ who has a comprehensive music collection.
Can anyone suggest a DJ that would be able to cater to my music standards?

We used Dr Dance and Ken was very flexible. DH was very particular with the type of music he wanted during the reception. There were two songs that Ken didn't have that we were able to download from DH's iPod. We also needed them to play Haitian music and we able to bring him CDs.

The dance floor was never empty....Ken and the DJ did an awesome job of keeping the crowd hyped.

Music by michael...................you can tell him exactly what you do and dont want and he can get anything you want.

Gerry is wonderful. They have over 15K songs catalogued so I think it's a safe bet that they'll be able to handle what you want.

I second Music by Michael. He is a PC dj which means he has all his music on his computer and is a member of some dj online company where he can download everything and anything you need/want. He's great! FM me if you want more info.

vinny from high voltage has thousands of CD's-he refuses to work with dowloads for quality reasons. He says that anything we request he will find at his expense.

Music by Michael...hands down. I am a musician and felt insulted by all of the DJs I met with before him. He knows his stuff and was a professional musician for many years. There is NOTHING wrong with the quality of the music he uses and he backs up EVERYTHING on CD, so god forbid something happened to his computer, it's no problem. I like the fact that the program he uses to DJ allows him to control the speed of the music by bpms, so it allows him to stick with a tempo of music that the crowd is responding to. He seemed to really know his stuff.

Vinny from High Voltage... yes, he told me he would purchase... not download because sometimes they cut out or are eduted weird, whatever I needed.

He's really flexible and laid back.
